Profile:

      I'm an " outsider ", other than picking up a few college courses and
painting workshops, I am a self-taught painter. 

I've been painting on and off since I was fifteen years old. I left my
day job about two years ago to paint full time.

Over the years I have tried many styles of painting having finally
arrived at what I would guess is a form of expressionism ... having
no plan of how a painting will eventually turn out. For me,
painting is a form of playing.  No struggle, lots of expermination
and simply being into the painting process itself. 
  
While my work has been exhibited and is for sale, my main interest
is painting, not marketing my work ... which I suspect is not all that
commerical to begin with. But I'm have lots of fun. 

The most influencial painters I have either worked with or studied
are Jerrold Turner of Benitia, Peggie Knoll Roberts of Angels
Camp and the last nude studies of late great David Smith.
