Profile:

            I paint in watercolor – mostly florals and other still life. I started painting in 1991 and have taken classes with Chris Rex and Jim Estey at Consumnes River College; several semesters with Gary Pruner  at American River College;  and workshops with Jan Kuntz, Arleta Pech and Pat Abraham.

            I have exhibited at the Mother Lode International Show in Placerville receiving two Honorable Mention Awards, and received two Best of Show Awards and numerous first, second and third place ribbons from the Placerville Arts Association Membership shows.  I received a Special Mention from the Auburn Art Association at their Gallery One show and a special award from Roseville Arts! As well as several awards from the Snowflake Show in Rocklin.

            I was a member of the Placerville Arts Association for ten years, a member of the Georgetown Art Club and a member of WASH.  Currently I am a member of Rocklin Fine Arts, Roseville Arts! And the Springfield Fine Arts Club.  I have exhibited at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center; Gallery One in Auburn; The Red Door Gallery in Placerville; The Bell Tower Restaurant and the Breakfast Club in Auburn, plus several other venues
