SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINE: SPONSORS/DONATIONS RFA Non-Profit 501c (3) Charitable Organization (FEIN #47-5034460) RFA was established in 2007 with the intent of enhancing the City of Rocklin with a group of fine artists that supports the surrounding communities. Our goal is to bring more art culture to our community with art activities and shows, encouraging the participation of Rocklin businesses, schools, and artists. Support from local businesses and organizations is essential to our events and community. Therefore, we encourage businesses to partner with us in our effort to enhance the culture in our community. Support through monetary gifts or in-kind products or services are graciously accepted. SPONSOR: A Sponsor is one that makes a promise or agreement with RFA. For example, the City of Rocklin, sponsors RFA by providing the Rocklin Event Center for three shows a year and a room for our monthly meetings. Any business may sponsor RFA by providing space for shows or exhibits. CONTRIBUTOR: Those who join RFA or make monetary donations are our Contributors. Donations help our organization provide the community with art events, shows and scholarship awards. Monetary donations are acknowledged by a thank you letter, and contributors are added to our Sponsor/Contributor Membership. Being a monetary contributor is your way of supporting the fine art culture in Rocklin and the surrounding region. As a contributor, your name or business will be included at RFA exhibits, events, functions and advertisements when applicable. Your contributions assist our organization in achieving specific goals and creating cultural events.. To become an RFA Sponsor/Contributor Member see the attached form (page 2). All monetary contributions are tax deductible. NON MONETARY SUPPORTER: Nonmonetary Support is another way to support our organization. Providing items for our scholarship raffle baskets and art shows or providing items such as card stock or stationery is another way to support RFA. Nonmonetary support also includes providing professional services such as music, advertising, video recording, and CPA or legal assistance. Another way for businesses to provide nonmonetary support is by displaying our artwork, creating a venue for our artists to show and sell their art. Some businesses have featured RFA artwork at their grand openings, benefiting both their business and our artists. Additionally, demonstrators and workshop instructors may donate their fee to support the RFA. All donations of any kind are greatly appreciated. THANK YOU! All donations of any kind are greatly appreciated.
