ROCKLIN FINE ARTS RELEASE WAIVER & INDEMNITY

I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages against Rocklin Fine Arts (RFA) for any personal injury and any damage to my works of art. This release is intended to discharge Rocklin Fine Arts, its officers and volunteers and any other involved public agencies from and against any and all liability arising out of or connecting in any way with the participation in related RFA activities. In Addition, I agree to indemnity and hold harmless RFA and its officers, employees and volunteers from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney fees arising out of my participation in RFA activities.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY THE RFA AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

ROCKLIN FINE ARTS (RFA)

RFA is a group of artists who seek to promote art appreciation in our city. RFA works to accomplish this through art exhibits, art demonstrations, work-shops, support of our local arts, arts in public places and art shows.

We hold monthly meetings, normally showcasing noted artists as guest speakers with some offering classes afterwards. We partner with the City of Rocklin in many endeavors to bring art to the public.

MONTHLY SKETCHCRAWLS

SketchCrawls are held the 1st Thursday of each month. an informal meet-up of artists in an interesting local place. Participants bring something to draw with and something to draw on, or a camera. Sketchcrawls typically start in the morning, last about two hours and are followed by a show-and-tell lunch. locations are normally announced only a few weeks in advance, so for information, please visit our Facebook page, or add your name to our mailing list. rocklinfineart@gmail.com
