INSTRUCTIONS

• Please complete all the fields in this form and upload your images.
• Please double check your spelling and price as we won't be able to make changes.
• Click ‘SUBMIT’ at the bottom of the form to submit your entry electronically.
• You will be able to save or print a PDF copy of your entry.
• MemberShow Art Entry is $25.00 for up to 2 pieces.
• A fee of $20.00 will be charged for a spot in the MarketPlace. There are 20 spots available and they will be alloted on a first come first serve basis. If you choose to sign up for a MarketPlace spot then, when you submit the form, you'll be taken to PAYPAL to process your payment.
• This form can be used both for entering your artwork or for signing up for a spot in the MarketPlace or both.
• Artists must be a 2026 RFA Member.
